Bill has always been an entrepreneur. In 2000 he sold his specialized software and programming business to spearhead the operations side of Mona Spa & Laser. Formerly a premier commercial real estate broker, Bill works with franchisees in all aspects of development, with a concentration in leases, locations, and build out.

CMO of Mona Spa & Laser Centers Dr. Wallace’s along with all our team ‘s primary goal is to provide excellent care by treating each patient with kindness, dignity and honesty. In addition Dr. Wallace assists setting forth the suggested protocols followed in each spa.

In addition to being Mona’s CMO, Dr. Wallace is also Chief of Plastic Surgery and Program Director for the residency program at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Wallace is very active in medical education through lecturing, writing, and teaching the principles of plastic surgery. His writing includes articles for medical journals and textbooks. He is also active in the (name of society ) which is responsible for the training curriculum for plastic surgeons. Dr. Wallace is recognized as a leader in his field and has been a featured speaker and lecturer throughout the country as well as internationally including China and Brazil. While active as an educator, Dr. Wallace's first love and foremost commitment is the practice “beauty” not sure what beauty is or why it is here.. Several times a year, Dr. Wallace attends scientific meetings and continuing medical education courses across the country to remain on the cutting edge of all the latest techniques and procedures.
